Data Management Professional Opportunity
Global commerce is driven by data accuracy and integrity. We are seeking professionals to join our team in fully remote positions based in Brazil (CLT) to support critical data processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process assignments within standard timelines
* Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in MDM systems
* Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and Finance teams
* Track and report data metrics for compliance and performance
We have two distinct specializations:
Credit & Contract Administration
* Review incoming contract documentation for discrepancies
* Perform credit checks in accordance with company policy
* Enter approved contracts into multiple systems
* Maintain merchant documentation and follow up on pending agreements
Location & Administrative Maintenance
* Set up new locations and update existing records in MDM
* Manage location name changes, moves, closures, and inactivations
* Support special projects assigned by the Data Administration Team
Requirements:
* College degree preferred (not required)
* Professional English communication skills
* Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP and report comparison functions) for MDM profile
* Administrative experience and ORACLE knowledge for contract profile
