About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our learning initiatives. As a Training & Development leader, you will play a crucial role in driving employee growth and development.
* Lifecycle of Learning Programs: Strengthen workforce capability, performance, and productivity by designing targeted learning programs.
* Skill Gap Assessment: Identify performance challenges and design learning programs to overcome them.
* Program Scaling: Accelerate internal mobility and strengthen functional talent pipelines by scaling learning initiatives.
* Learning Initiatives: Partner with business leaders to drive capability building and measurable business impact through learning programs.
* Training Content: Create engaging e-learning, virtual, and live sessions with clear learning objectives and measurable outcomes.
* Post-Training Evaluations: Track and continuously improve key metrics, including time-to-perform, new hire ramp-up, training completion and application rates, and talent readiness for future roles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We seek a talented individual with 8+ years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development. The ideal candidate will have expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies, along with experience using e-learning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems.
