Job Summary
The role of Corporate Development Manager involves providing strategic business services to various companies, focusing on building strong relationships that lead to successful mergers and acquisitions.
Main Responsibilities:
* To develop and manage a pipeline of potential acquisition opportunities through the use of Salesforce CRM technology.
* To consistently meet or exceed established monthly targets for meaningful contacts and measurable key performance indicators.
* To work independently and collaboratively with senior management to identify and qualify potential acquisition opportunities.
Applicants should possess at least 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles within mergers and acquisitions or finance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as well as a genuine interest in establishing long-term relationships with clients.
