About the Opportunity
We are seeking an Agile Practitioner to join our Product Engineering environment, supporting one to two Scrum teams and contributing to the continuous improvement of our Agile practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles.
* Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team.
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery.
* Assist with the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices.
* Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a dedicated Scrum Master.
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums).
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are highly valued.
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts effectively.
* Experience working with distributed global teams is advantageous.
