GM Financial International Operations conducts business in Latin America and China. International Operations offers a wide range of wholesale and retail automotive financing products to dealers and their customers. The strength of the international business lies in its ability to tailor its products to meet unique dealer needs, consumer preferences and national requirements in local markets. Latin American country operations include Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.Accountable for creating stories/PBIs and the description and Acceptance Criteria.Collaborate with business teams to define product backlog and align opportunities with IO Strategic Priorities.Lead the prioritization and management of the product backlog in partnership with business stakeholders.Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and roadmap.Ensures there are 2 sprints of ready backlog for the Agile teamPartners with other IT development teams to align Data Analytics solutions required and for project deliveryManages stakeholder and sponsor expectationsHas a solid understanding of overall business and corporate objectives and works under broad project direction with the ability to establish the team's specific tasks.Interfaces directly with senior management when required.Takes a "hands on" approach to project work, including minor development efforts as part of the agile team.Collaborates with the stakeholders to quantify the impact for each feature deliveredActs proactively to consistently deliver on commitments with little supervisionBachelor's degree required (Computer Science, Informatics, Business Intelligence preferred).Availability to travel internationally for business purposes.+3 Years of Product Owner experience in Data and Analytics, Data Warehousing and Reporting.Fluent in Portuguese & English (Spanish desirable).Experience in Automotive Financial sector is desirable.Experience with Data and Analytics tools: Power BI, Databricks, Azure DevOpsThorough understanding of Vision/Roadmap creation, Porftolio/Program/Team Backlog creation, refinement and prioritization.Working knowledge of the Agile/SAFe Lean enterprise concepts and best practices and how they are applied in the workplace.Advanced problem solver who can clearly identify, analyze and resolve issues as they arise.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyProficient presentation skillsAt GM Financial we want you to be the most authentic version of yourself.
