A Commercial Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing existing customer accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and expanding the business.

* Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing customer accounts to build loyalty and trust.
* Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to maximize sales potential.
Main Responsibilities:
* Account Management:
o Develop and implement account plans to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction goals.
o Build and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers at existing customer accounts.
o Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
* Sales and Revenue:
o Achieve and surpass assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
o Drive client retention, renewals, upsells, and cross-sells to increase revenue streams.
o Negotiate and close deals efficiently to meet business objectives.
Requirements
* Demonstrated track record of success in a sales role, preferably in the software industry.
* Experience with complex sales cycles, request for proposals, and public tenders.
* Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and enterprise IT environments.
