Delivery Specialist Role
We are seeking a skilled Delivery Specialist to oversee the lifecycle of contingent workforce requests.
* Collaborate with clients and suppliers to facilitate requisition management and support large-scale hiring initiatives.
* Conduct intake calls, assess candidate qualifications, and streamline requisition flow.
The ideal candidate possesses strong experience in recruitment, delivery operations, and Vendor Management Systems (VMS), combined with excellent customer service skills.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required. 3-5 years of experience in delivery operations or contingent workforce management is preferred.
