Job Title: Five9 Developer
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Five9 Developer, where you will be responsible for handling and troubleshooting issues related to Five9/Clearview.
You will be part of a collaborative environment where you can expand your ideas through the right tools and contribute to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling and troubleshooting issues related to Five9/Clearview/Virtual Observer/Verint;
* Create Five9 Flows to implement work flows for self service capabilities.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of technologies including Python, JavaScript, or Node.js. You will also be working closely with junior team members who are looking for guidance.
Mandatory Skills:
1. Aware of IVR flows;
2. Familiarity with RESTful API integration;
We are seeking someone who has hands-on experience on Contact Center and has knowledge about cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
3. Hands on Experience in Rule Configuration & Workflow creation / Modifications;
We are looking for someone who has strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript;
