We are seeking a skilled Senior IT Recruiter to join our team, responsible for identifying and recruiting top technology talent.
As a key member of our recruitment team, you will work closely with business development professionals and clients to identify their staffing needs and provide solutions.
You will be responsible for applying your search, technical evaluation, and negotiation skills to recruit quality candidates for both contract and permanent placement opportunities.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Identify, engage, and evaluate candidates' skills and competencies
* Participate in full-cycle recruitment and staffing assignments
* Create job descriptions and post jobs on various job sites and databases
* Network, research databases, and contact potential candidates
* Coordinate presentations of candidates to prospective clients
Skillset Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years in recruitment, including IT recruitment experience
* Strong networking and relationship-building skills
* Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written)
* Strong teamwork, time management, and organizational skills
* Experience working with MS Word and LinkedIn Recruiter
* Knowledge of CRM or ATS systems
