Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
Secures financial operations by monitoring and approving financial processing, reporting; ensure that accounting records and documentation comply with the requirements of the Group Finance Manual.
Responsibilities
* Meets accounting financial standards by monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions
* Maintains financial security by adhering to internal controls
* Verifies accuracy of data and data processing of accounting related information
* Prepares monthly intercompany reconciliation
* Supports accounting procedures, ensure month and year-end balance correctly reflect the economic-financial reality of the company
* Assist internal and external auditors
* Maintains the ERP system and its interfaces with other applications
* Supports creation of financial reports according to IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and local GAAP
* Provides training to workers in both orally and writing form on accounting systems, principles and practices

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related fields
* Advanced or fluent English (regional and global communication)
* Experience with external auditing
* Experience in inventory reporting (products or retail)
* SAP and Excel skills
* Solid knowledge of financial processes and accounting principles
