Key Account Manager
We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven professional with expertise in B2B sales and account management to spearhead our growth initiatives.
About the Role - Key Responsibilities:
Oversee existing client relationships within assigned territories, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
Develop and implement comprehensive account plans to drive sales growth, identify new business opportunities, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Acquire new key accounts within designated territories through strategic outreach and relationship-building efforts.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide tailored solutions that meet their objectives.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with product development teams to gather feedback and insights from clients, informing the creation of new products and services.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.
Qualifications - Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Strong influencing and negotiation skills, adept at building and maintaining successful long-term commercial relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
Proven ability to deliver results in an autonomous working environment, leveraging initiative and problem-solving skills to achieve goals.
Solid experience and commercial knowledge of the travel and hospitality industries, coupled with a deep understanding of B2B sales strategies and best practices.
Commercial acumen and project management skills, enabling effective prioritization and resource allocation.
Proficiency in English is required, with proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish being advantageous.
