Backend Development Role
We are seeking a seasoned Backend Developer to join our FinTech team.
About the Job
* Design, develop and maintain scalable backend services using C#/NET and integrate with APIs like Plaid, Dwolla, and Treasury Prime.
* Spearhead system architecture, ensuring high performance, scalability and security across FinTech applications.
* Implement and test robust, well-documented code, focusing on automation, software best practices and continuous integration.
* Maintain high availability and quickly resolve production application issues through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end, QA, product and IT while mentoring junior developers.
* Embed security principles and ensure compliance with relevant FinTech regulations.
