Ad Operations Specialist - This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience implementing andmaintaining campaigns across DSPs like BeesWax, Yahoo, Amazon, The Trade Desk, DV360, Moloco, and similar. What Youll Be Doing - Execute end-to-end trafficking and setup across multiple DSPs, including QA and launchreadiness. - Manage pacing and delivery to ensure budgets and flight dates remain on track. - Perform detailed QA across targeting, creatives, tracking, and measurement prior to launch. - Troubleshoot and resolve delivery issues, tracking errors, creative rejections, and platform-level discrepancies. - Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are implementedcorrectly and on time. - Maintain accurate documentation, naming conventions, and operational workflows across platforms. - Support reporting needs by ensuring campaign data is consistent and properly structured. - Stay up to date on DSP requirements, ad operations best practices, and evolving programmatic standards. Whats You Bring - 2 years of experience in ad operations, trafficking, or execution across multiple DSPs (BeesWax, Xandr, Amazon, The Trade Desk, DV360, Moloco, etc. ). - Strong understanding of trafficking workflows, pacing, and QA processes in programmaticadvertising. - Experience troubleshooting delivery, tracking, and technical issues across platforms. - Familiarity with analytics and measurement tools such as Northbeam, Triple Whale, Appsflyer, and Google Analytics is a plus. - Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple active campaigns in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
