Own the team’s operational rhythm, manage scheduling and calendars,
Break down large initiatives into actionable work items, keeps the gears turning
Embedded with teams building LLM-powered applications, agentic AI systems, automation platforms, and data infrastructure
Agile Facilitation & Sprint Ceremonies
Velocity & Metrics Management
AI/ML-Specific Agile Adaptations
Task Breakdown & Backlog Management
Continuous Improvement & Agile Coaching
Requirements
6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile PM
2+ years supporting engineering teams in AI/ML, data engineering, platform engineering contexts
Deep expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid Agile frameworks (Scrumban)
3+ years’ Experience with Agile tooling: Jira, Azure DevOps, Linear, Confluence, Miro
3+ years’ Experience with SDLC, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
ENGLISH – ADVANCED (Professional) or FLUENT
Preferred
1+ years’ familiarity with AI/ML development workflows
Familiarity with OKR (Objectives and Key Results) frameworks
