 
        
        We are seeking a strategic talent advisor to support our operations in Brazil. This senior-level role serves as a liaison between stakeholders, requiring strong relationship management skills, operational expertise, and leadership capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a background in full-cycle recruitment or HR roles with a focus on talent acquisition and proven experience in client-facing positions.
Key responsibilities include:
 * Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality services delivery
 * Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, offering strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations
 * Overseeing the performance of a team, ensuring all service level agreements and key performance indicators are consistently met
 * Analyzing operational data and identifying trends to proactively solve issues and drive improvements in recruitment processes
 * Influencing and guiding the team toward achieving business goals and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Required qualifications include:
 * Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition
 * Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, especially in client-facing or manager-facing positions
 * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and clients
 * Native Portuguese, fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
 * Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a professional presence
 * Ability to analyze operational challenges, identify risks/opportunities, and implement strategic solutions
 * Proven ability to lead or influence teams toward high performance and successful delivery
