Job Description:
A talented data insights professional is required to drive the development of our B2B marketing strategy, leveraging robust models to inform customer engagement, lifecycle marketing and product optimization.
* Design, implement and optimize customer segmentation models using clustering algorithms (e.g. k-means, DBSCAN, hierarchical clustering) to identify actionable buying groups within CDP data.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and scale buying group frameworks enhancing personalization, targeting and campaign performance.
* Integrate advanced models and segmentation logic into Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) such as Adobe Experience Platform or similar.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
* +5 Years of experience working as a Data Scientist.
* +3 Years of experience working with AI.
* +2 Years of experience working with Machine Learning.
* +2 Years of experience working with LLMs.
* +1 Year of experience working with Agentic AI.
* Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients.
