Organizations collect mountains of data about their customers — and still struggle to act on it. They run surveys, build dashboards, and generate reports, but often lack the structured thinking to turn those outputs into decisions that actually change the business. This role exists to close that gap.
Responsibilities:
* Diagnosing drivers of customer satisfaction, loyalty, and operational performance across enterprise clients.
* Structuring insights from large datasets and Voice of Customer programs into strategic recommendations.
* Developing analytical frameworks that connect behavioral and operational data to business outcomes.
* Building executive presentations and data-driven narratives for C-level and senior stakeholders.
* Contributing to consulting proposals and new service offerings — translating insights into commercial value propositions.
* Supporting the development of consulting methodologies, tools, and analytical approaches.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or Marketing.
* 3–6 years of experience in roles such as Strategy consulting;
Business analytics or insights;
Strategic planning;
Business intelligence or data-driven product roles.
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
* Structured problem-solving and analytical framework development.
* Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs into strategic recommendations
* Fluency in English and Portuguese.
Desired Skills:
* Fluency in Spanish.
* SQL, Python, or R.
* Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools.
* Experience with customer analytics, Voice of Customer programs, or customer journey analysis.
