Position:
We're seeking a proactive, hands-on professional to support our Market Development and Commercial teams. In this role, you'll focus on soil measurements, field trials, and technical support—playing a vital part in generating technical and strategic insights, validating protocols, and building strong customer relationships.
Tasks
* Conduct field trials and technical evaluations, generating data on agronomic characteristics and portfolio performance
* Perform soil measurements in the field when required
* Support the setup of experimental fields, demo plots, and field showcases
* Participate in field days, training, demonstrations, and other demand generation activities
* Provide technical support to the Market Development and Commercial teams
* Assist customers in the field, offering technical guidance and support in soil and crop assessments
* Join internal trainings and alignment meetings for technical and strategic updates
* Communicate technical and strategic information to the commercial team and other areas of the company
Requirements
* Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, or related areas (completed or in progress)
* Basic knowledge of soil fertility and soil management
* Knowledge of soybean, corn, and cotton is an advantage
* Intermediate English is preferred; advanced English is a strong plus
* Previous fieldwork experience is an asset
* Strong communication skills and interest in working closely with customers
* Willingness and availability for frequent travel
* Knowledge of the regional territory is an advantage
