Responsibilities:
1. Requirements Analysis: Working with stakeholders to understand business needs and translating these needs into clear technical requirements for the project.
2. Technology Selection: Assisting in choosing the most suitable technologies for the project, considering factors such as scalability, cost, ease of integration, and alignment with the company's strategy.
3. Solution Implementation: Coordinating the implementation of systems, including developing new applications, integrating existing systems, or migrating data and systems to new platforms.
4. Training and Capacity Building: Providing training to the client's team on new tools and systems, ensuring effective utilization of new features.
5. Change Management: Supporting organizational adaptation to new technologies, ensuring smooth and effective change implementation.
6. Quality Management: Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards through testing and reviews.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Completed college degree.
2. Experience in project management and technology projects.
3. Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
4. Hybrid work model with approximately 30% domestic and international travel.
