Job Title: Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) Location: LATAM Duration: 6-12months Job Summary: We are looking for aSalesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA)with strong experience in gathering business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and supporting Salesforce implementation and enhancements. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that support business processes.Key Responsibilities: ·Work with business stakeholders togather, analyze, and document business requirementsfor Salesforce implementations and enhancements. ·Translate business needs intofunctional requirements, user stories, and process flows. ·Act as abridge between business teams and technical teamsto ensure accurate implementation of requirements. ·Configure and support Salesforce features includingSales Cloud, Service Cloud, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards. ·Participate insolution design discussionsand recommend best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem. ·SupportUAT (User Acceptance Testing)by preparing test cases, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring requirements are met. ·Assist indata migration, integration requirements, and system documentation. ·Provideproduction support and troubleshootingfor Salesforce issues. ·Maintain clear documentation includingBRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process diagrams. ·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drivecontinuous improvement and system optimization .Required Qualifications: · 3–6 years of experienceas a Business Analyst withSalesforce platform exposure. ·Strong understanding ofSalesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud. ·Experience withrequirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management. ·Knowledge ofAgile/Scrum methodologies. ·Ability to createuser stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications. ·Experience withSalesforce reporting, dashboards, and basic configuration. ·Stronganalytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
