Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of National Sales to lead and execute the commercial strategy of a well-established company in the wine industry. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience, deep knowledge of the beverage market in Brazil, and a strong network within retail and distribution channels.
This is a high-impact role for a commercially minded professional, responsible for driving growth, strengthening client relationships, and expanding the company's presence across key markets nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement a national sales strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
* Lead and develop the national commercial strategy, fostering a results-oriented and collaborative culture.
* Build strong partnerships with distributors, key retail chains, and other relevant channels.
* Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity to identify new opportunities.
* Collaborate closely with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure effective execution and demand planning.
* Establish clear sales targets and KPI's and provide regular performance reporting to senior leadership.
* Represent the company at trade events, client meetings, and strategic negotiations.
Key Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
* Extensive experience in national sales leadership roles within the wine, beverage, or FMCG industry.
* Strong knowledge of the Brazilian retail and distribution landscape.
* Demonstrated ability to build and manage strategic commercial partnerships.
* Hands-on leadership style with a strong analytical and execution-oriented mindset.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese is required.
* Availability to travel nationally as needed.
