Overview
We are looking for a Growth Marketer to drive all marketing activities for our B2C and B2B clients. This role grows into a potential Head of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
Build and optimize automation flows using data insights.
Manage digital advertising on Meta and Google, exploring new platforms.
Develop case studies, sponsorship proposals, and bold outreach ideas.
Research new markets, technologies and trends to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the founder and remote team with minimal internal meetings.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and structured mindset, combined with creativity.
Attention to detail and ability to manage long‑term initiatives.
Fast mover, excellent collaborator, and driven to grow the business.
Experience with email marketing automation and data analysis.
Comfortable working remotely and communicating via Slack.
Compensation & Contract
USD 1,400 per month, 25 hours per week, managed via Upwork.
Location
Remote – minimal internal meetings, primarily deep work.
