We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Developer to work on a long-term project. This position involves designing and implementing robust data models to support analytical and product data needs across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills, experience with data modeling techniques, and proficiency in a programming language such as Python or Scala.
Additionally, the successful candidate will have experience building reporting and dashboarding solutions using Tableau, Sigma, Data Lake/Snowflake, or similar ecosystem.
In this role, you will collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.
You will also be responsible for implementing and optimizing ETL/ELT processes to ensure data quality, reliability, and performance.
Responsibilities:
* Design and develop robust data models to support analytical and product data needs
* Build visually appealing, high-performing, and impactful reporting/dashboard products using tools like Tableau/Sigma
* Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements
* Implement and optimize ETL/ELT processes to ensure data quality, reliability, and performance
* Own and define business KPIs, their measurement plans, data requirements, and reporting
Requirements:
* 7+ years of IT experience
* 3+ years experience working in business intelligence, data analytics, data engineering, or a similar role
* Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling techniques (e.g., dimensional modeling, 3NF, data vault)
* Proficiency in a programming language such as Python or Scala
* Experience building reporting and dashboarding solutions using Tableau, Sigma, Data Lake/Snowflake, or similar ecosystem
