Senior Talent Acquisition Professional
Our team in Brazil seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Professional to join us in a strategic role within our talent acquisition division. This position serves as the primary point of contact between our stakeholders and our organization, requiring strong relationship-building skills, operational expertise, and leadership capabilities.
* Act as the key liaison between our organization and stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment services.
* Build and maintain robust relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders, offering strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.
* Oversee the performance of our recruitment delivery team, ensuring all service level agreements and key performance indicators are consistently met.
* Analyze operational data and identify trends to proactively solve issues and drive improvements in our recruiting processes.
* Influence and guide the team toward achieving delivery goals and maintaining a high standard of stakeholder satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a focus on talent acquisition.
* Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, especially in client-facing or manager-facing roles.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior leaders and stakeholders.
* Native Portuguese, Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
* Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a self-assured, professional presence.
* Ability to analyze operational challenges, identify risks/opportunities, and implement strategic solutions.
* Proven ability to lead or influence recruitment teams toward high performance and successful delivery.
