What You Will Do - Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan aligned with global and regional strategies, specifically targeting the Brazilian and LATAM markets, while ensuring alignment with the company's Mako strategy. - Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of clinical sales cycles, including post-sale activities like installation and training, fostering customer satisfaction and retention. - Maintain a robust sales pipeline by continuously monitoring and refining lead generation plans to ensure a steady flow of sales opportunities, while proactively identifying and pursuing new business prospects. - Cultivate and leverage relationships with prospective and existing customers to drive recurring sales cycles and maximize revenue generation, utilizing a customer-centric approach to address their evolving needs. - Facilitate ongoing dialogue with customers to actively listen, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions, enhancing the overall buying experience and fostering long-term partnerships, including interactions with high-level client executives such as COOs, CEOs, Directors, and C-suite members. - Assume ownership of account negotiations after the clinical selling phase, collaborating with the GM and Finance lead to drive successful outcomes and optimize deal structures. - Prepare and present customer proposals, effectively negotiating and closing capital sales cycles for high-value products while ensuring alignment with pricing strategies and profitability targets. - Collaborate closely with marketing and sales management to develop and deploy effective strategies and tools that support increased selling effectiveness and market visibility, including participation in sales training meetings, trade shows, and promotional events. What You Will Need - Proficiency in English and Portuguese; advanced proficiency in Spanish is a plus. - Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in sales of Surgical or Medical capital equipment. - Ability to engage intelligently and credibly with surgeons and C-Suite professionals. - Track record of executive selling, including negotiating high-value capital equipment sales with C-Suite professionals. - Experience in pioneering new markets with innovative technology. - Ability to articulate clinical benefits of products and translate them into economic value for healthcare providers, utilizing financial-based selling tools.
