Job Purpose and Impact
The Product Owner - Supply Chain will be responsible for the ownership of products within the intelligent supply chain portfolio.
In this role, you will help define the business strategy behind a product, establish a vision for the product and discover problems opportunities and solutions.
You will coordinate work done by many other functions and are ultimately responsible for the business success of the product.
You will partner with cross functional teams, define objectives and develop plans to deliver desired outcomes.
Key Accountabilities
Collaborate with business partners to define business value of the product and make that clear to the team that serves the customer
Partner with the team to build value-based working solutions while obtaining feedback as quickly as possible to refine the product
Develop a product strategy and solution based on identified business value and end user outcomes
Maintain prioritization and refinement of the product backlog, deciding what to build and when, partnering with agile teams to estimate features, define requirements and collaborate on a product roadmap
Analyze and addresses the critical product risks including value, usability, feasibility and business viability
Use quantitative and qualitative data for thorough analysis to identify when to proceed and when to stop work
Independently handle complex issues with mínimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Supply chain practitioner experience in transportation, logistics or planning
Strong previous work experience in product ownership, management or delivery and/or supply chain practitioner experience where technology was leveraged to make business decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
Product management or product development experience
Experience facilitating teams and breaking down business requirements into deliverables
Product or project management certification
Demonstrated leadership to navigate between business and technical domains of a software implementation project
Experience leading change and communication with a large and diverse group of stakeholders
Agile certification
Clear understanding of agile values, frameworks and metrics
