Responsibilities
* Responsible for cleaning and maintenance of common areas of the condominium, such as halls, corridors, stairs, elevators, garage, party room, and other environments.
* Perform waste collection, replenishment of hygiene supplies, and support in small maintenance and organization tasks.
* Maintain a committed, agile approach with attention to detail and good interpersonal relationships.
Qualifications
* Experience in cleaning (condominiums, companies, schools or similar).
* Commitment, punctuality, and attention to detail.
* Good communication and professional demeanor.
* Desirable: Ensino fundamental incompleto
* Easy access to the workplace.
