Position Summary:
The Solution Delivery Organization is aligned with the enterprise process framework to the Accountable Executive/Global Process Owner (AE/GPO) organization for the purpose of business technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management.
As a member of the Solution Delivery organization, the System Analyst H2R will analyze business processes and work closely with the Solution Leader(s), other Process and System Analysts as well as business and/or process owners .The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring they meet the business requirements and improve overall HR processes.
Key Responsibilities: Design and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central any Talent Modules (Onboarding 2.0, Learning Management System, Recruiting, Performance, Goal Management) to meet business needs.Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurationsSupport the creation of detailed functional designs for reports, integrations, conversions, enhancements, forms, and/or workflowsCollaborate with other SuccessFactors module leads to identify potential system enhancements and process optimizations.Perform Unit Testing, PIT (Product Integration Testing), and support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and data validation before go-live.Conduct training sessions for end-users and team members to enhance their understanding and utilization of SAP EC and Talent modulesIdentify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance system performance.Be flexible to learn additional SAP SuccessFactors modules and undergo training to enhance consulting expertise.Qualifications: hands-on experience with SuccessFactors EC with any talent modules.Minimum 2-3 full-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors.Experience with LMS and ONB 2.0 will be considered an added advantage.SAP EC and any talent modules Certification is preferred.Fluent in English & Portuguese (Spanish is a plus).Ability to understand and work with other HR system solutions (Eg.
Rhevolution, Venturesoft and Manpower) is an added value.Required to collaborate closely with team members in the USA, adhering to the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.Expected to work occasional weekends, holidays, overtime, or a variety of shifts, when needed, to meet deadlinesAbility and willingness to travel by auto and air as needed to achieve business objectivesExhibits ability to work both in a team environment and independently.Strong analytical, organization, time management, facilitation, and process management skillsDemonstrated high level of written, verbal and interpersonal skills to communicate technical and non-technical information, ideas, procedures and processesAble to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, and with all levels of the organization and cope with rapidly changing information.
