Purpose of the role
* Manage site controlling activities for Sao Paulo, Brazil
* Support the business controlling network by providing local information
* Ensure full finance integration into operations
* Support site-level projects
* Actively involve and challenge decisions
Core Responsibilities
* Analyze financial information for management and stakeholders, including Group, Division, Regional, and Functional Controlling
* Participate in site operations meetings to enhance financial visibility and support site activities
* Manage costing activities and COGS analysis
* Contribute to site projects aimed at process and cost improvements
* Assist in developing and analyzing business plans, budgets, forecasts, and cost-saving strategies
* Support month-end financial close processes
* Review P&L analyses, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions
* Manage the annual site budget process
* Collaborate with engineers and management on capital proposals and value realization
* Ensure compliance with Corporate Finance guidelines
Technical Skills
* SAP FI/CO
* Advanced Excel skills
* Knowledge of costing processes
* Project Management
* Business acumen
Primary Qualifications
* Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or professional accountancy qualification
* Over 7 years of controlling/finance experience in manufacturing
