In your day-to-day, you will Manage and maintain project backlogs, ensuring tasks, priorities, and ownership are always up to date Run recurring team meetings — standups, sprint reviews, and stakeholder syncs — capturing decisions and action items with precision Track development team progress against milestones and proactively surface blockers to leadership Document business requirements in structured formats for engineering and QA teams Coordinate change management activities, including impact assessments and stakeholder communication Support training planning and logistics for platform rollouts across Medical Affairs users Maintain a living project log covering risks, decisions, dependencies, and status updates Prepare concise status reports and dashboards for leadership Ensure all documentation meets quality, traceability, and compliance standards Skills you have 4 to 6 years of project management Knowledge about project management and Agile delivery practices Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., backlog management, tracking, reporting tools) Experience documenting business requirements and working with development teams Fluent English, in written and verbal communication Skills that will make you stand out Advanced proficiency in Smartsheets Experience in pharma, biotech, or life sciences industries Exposure to change management and training coordination
