Job Title:
IT Support and Network Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support and Network Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems, networks, and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Hardware and Software Management: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees, both onsite and remote.
* IT Support: Serve as the first point of contact for internal IT support requests, providing timely troubleshooting and resolution for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
* User Account Management: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other SaaS platforms.
* Tool Integration: Support the deployment and integration of new productivity and collaboration tools, including project management software and AI-driven solutions.
* Security and Compliance: Monitor and maintain endpoint security, including antivirus, firewalls, VPNs, and multi-factor authentication (MFA). Assist with cloud infrastructure management, data backup, and disaster recovery planning.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
* Technical Expertise: Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
* Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to train and support non-technical users.
* Certifications: Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900), or Google IT Support Professional Certificate are a plus.
