Key Accountabilities:
* Lead the New Well Delivery team to achieve set objectives.
* Implement processes for capability development and succession planning.
* Support and coach national New Well Delivery Manager.
* Custodian of New Well Common Process.
* Manage NWD team's ability to deliver activities in line with the Annual Development Plan (ADP).
