We're a fast-growing consumer brand group selling across e-commerce, TikTok Shop, and Amazon. We prioritize direct-response strategy, product quality, and measurable efficacy.
The Creative Strategist will own both strategy and ops: building and briefing angles, scripting iterations, managing sprints, reviewing edits, and ensuring we ship 100–200 ads per week.
This is a hands-on IC role with pod-level ownership (no formal people management).
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a creative strategy by offer, funnel, and awareness stage; publish weekly test plans.
* Generate net-new DR angles from learnings, competitor swipes, and cultural trends.
* Outline 2–3 minute VSL-style ads (problem, agitation, solution, proof, CTA) and collaborate with copy on scripting.
* Brief content creators with DR talking tracks, shot lists, compliance guardrails, and demo guidelines.
* Translate performance data (Hook, Hold, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) into new test briefs within 1–3 days.
