Our client, a leading provider of innovative payment solutions, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Brazilian market.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in account management, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the financial technology sector.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing exceptional service to our key client in Brazil through regular communication, on-premise support, and seamless coordination between their technical team and ours.
* Proactively engaging with 20+ identified financial institutions in Brazil, with the goal of onboarding new clients over time.
Responsibilities also include:
* Client Relationship Management: Serving as the main point of contact for the existing customer in Brazil, conducting regular calls to facilitate effective communication, and monitoring client satisfaction to ensure loyalty.
* New Business Development: Building on the foundation established by the sales team to engage with identified prospects in Brazil's banking and finance sector, developing a strategic sales approach to introduce our offerings, and nurturing relationships with potential clients and managing them through the sales pipeline.
* Market Insight and Reporting: Staying up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in Brazil, providing regular reports to the global sales team on client activities and new business opportunities, and sharing insights from the Brazilian market to influence broader company strategy.
Qualifications include:
* Proven experience in account management within the financial technology sector.
* Previous experience working in the Brazilian market is highly desirable.
* Strong technical communication skills to liaise effectively between clients and internal teams.
* Fluency in Portuguese and English; understanding of Brazilian business culture.
* Ability to travel within Brazil for on-site client support.
Primary objectives are focused on maintaining and strengthening client relationships, expanding market presence, and achieving revenue growth from the Brazilian market.
