PositionThe Store Manager is responsible for ensuring the achievement of commercial targets and contributing to the development of the brand’s image and reputation in an assigned store; by defining the business strategy, sharing a compelling vision and a clear execution roadmap. This role focuses on leading teams, driving sales, profitability, and client satisfaction while maintaining a well‑organized store environment.Job ResponsibilitiesBusiness DevelopmentAct as a key business partner in developing and implementing store‑specific strategies aligned with overarching business objectives.Leverage strategic thinking and business analysis to propose innovative ideas and insights aimed at enhancing store performance and driving growth.Lead the implementation of clienteling strategies to gather and utilize client feedback effectively, driving continuous improvement and enhancing client satisfaction, as well as establishing long‑term relationships to build client loyalty.Ensure the highest level of client experience is consistently provided, creating a memorable and personalized experience for every client.Build network and understanding of store environment, monitor competitors in order to identify potential opportunities.Team Management and DevelopmentBuild, lead, and develop a high‑performing store team to deliver exceptional client experience and achieve commercial ambition.Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance management to support team members’ growth, success and overall well‑being, including scheduling breaks and fostering a culture of work‑life balance.Foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, and employee engagement while encouraging diversity and inclusivity within the team.Business Management and ProfitabilityDrive sales performance and profitability by achieving store sales targets and optimizing store layout, and effectively managing inventory and visual merchandising.Monitor Store P&L and control store expenses to ensure adherence to the budget and maximize profitability.Store Operations and Management SupportOversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring smooth floor management and efficient functioning of the store.Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a consistent brand experience across all locations.Help maintain a well‑organized, clean, and visually appealing store environment to attract and retain clients.Build omnichannel mindset among the team and drive related KPIs in order to maximize opportunities and increase client satisfaction across all business channels.ProfileEducation• Bachelor degree and above is highly preferred.Languages• Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.Professional experience & know how• 8‑10 years of experience in a comparable role, in luxury industry preferred.Technical & management skills• Knowledge of Luxury business.• Selling skills.• Store procedures and process.• CRM techniques and tools.• Store operation applications (Beanstore, CRM, Sap etc.).• GIA and FHH Folder is highly preferred.Personal & interpersonal skills• Customer focus.• Proactive selling, drive for results.• Initiative.• Negotiation.• Business acumen.• Decision Making.• Motivating Others.
