It is a role with significant regional and global exposure, focused on the control and management of the administrative-financial processes behind each engagement. You will be responsible for supervising billing, service profitability, and the control of billable hours, ensuring the efficiency and profitability of projects. In addition, you will have the mission of providing global visibility on all solutions in the region, presenting reports and showing results to both local and international teams. Requirements 10 years of relevant experience in a professional services/consulting firm or multinational corporation supporting operations management. Demonstrated experience in BPO, Share Services CoE. Strong background in resource management, financial management, and legal processes. Proven ability to collaborate with internal/external clients and work as part of a global team. Excellent analytical skills and experience with KPIs, business plans, and metrics. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; preferable knowledge of reporting/data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI). Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). Lean Six Sigma or equivalent experience is a valuable asset.
