About the roleWithin OINIS and within the Regional Cluster, the Cluster team serves as the Network budget owner for the countries within Americas Region (LAM, NAM and MCC sub-clusters) compassing customer accesses, domestic backbone circuits, colocation and old model POPs costs.He/She works under the authority of the Head of Cluster Americas and as part of the GWEN/NIA/AME organization.The Cluster team is responsible for the end-to-end budget and quality of service (QoS) for the OBS network in the region, leading discussions and initiatives to improve the countries cost/revenue ratio in his/her region.In this capacity the Cluster team is taking care of everything related to Network such as cost effectiveness, quality of service, carrier relationship of the network within the region.
