Key Responsibilities

* Manage and scale paid ad campaigns on Facebook Ads and Google Ads, focusing on direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands.

* Optimize ad performance through data-driven decision-making, improving return on ad spend (ROAS) and cost per acquisition (CPA).

* Develop a deep understanding of e-commerce metrics, including average order value (AOV), lifetime value (LTV), conversion rates, and more.
">
* Creative testing and ad iteration to enhance engagement and conversion rates.

* Competitor and market trend analysis to identify opportunities and improve strategy.

* Reporting and insights generation using Looker Studio and other analytics tools.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

* At least 5 years of experience running Facebook and Google Ads campaigns.

* Hands-on experience with e-commerce stores, preferably Shopify.

* Proficiency with Google Ads Editor for bulk campaign management.

* Strong analytical skills, with a focus on revenue-driving decisions.

* Fluency in English (written and spoken).

* Experience with remarketing and dynamic product ads.

* Proven expertise in search engine optimization (SEO).

* Familiarity with creative strategy and ad copywriting for e-commerce.

* Knowledge of email marketing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
