Growing a Strong Network of Partners is Crucial for Success in Today's Dynamic Business Environment.

As a Partner Success Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with our partners. Your primary objective will be to position Wialon as a reliable and easy-to-work-with provider, fostering trust and confidence in our services.

The responsibilities of this position are multifaceted:


Partner Relationship Management

* Act as a trusted advisor for partners on business matters related to Wialon, providing guidance and support whenever needed.
* Foster strong, long-term relationships with partners via personal and online meetings, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
* Participate in industry-related expos and events to expand our network and stay up-to-date with the latest trends.
* Conduct regular communication sessions with partners to provide updates, address concerns, and strengthen collaboration.
* Assist in resolving partner concerns and mitigating dissatisfaction through proactive problem-solving and excellent customer service skills.
* Encourage partners to share expertise within the community, promoting knowledge sharing and collective growth.
* Facilitate connections between partners and other Wialon teams, streamlining communication and enhancing collaboration.
* Monitor partner compliance with Wialon community policies and rules, ensuring a harmonious and productive partnership ecosystem.


Partner Onboarding

* Lead the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a smooth start within the Wialon ecosystem and setting them up for success.
* Ensure partners are well-informed about Wialon's policies, team structure, pricing, billing, support, and development procedures, empowering them to make informed decisions.


Collaboration & Business Development

* Develop a deep understanding of partners' businesses, market specifics, and unique needs, allowing you to tailor your approach to meet their individual requirements.
* Support partners in migrating their customers to Wialon, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing disruptions.
* Monitor partners' business success, identifying challenges and opportunities for growth, and providing actionable insights to help them overcome obstacles.
* Engage with technology partners to drive collaboration and lead exchange, fostering innovation and mutual benefit.
* Gather domain knowledge to anticipate market trends and enhance partner engagement strategies, staying ahead of the curve in an ever-evolving landscape.
* Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, informing strategic decisions and driving business expansion.


CRM & Data Management

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data, ensuring a clear understanding of partner interactions and preferences.

This role requires a unique blend of interpersonal skills, technical knowledge, and business acumen. If you possess:

* Bachelor degree
* Experience in sales or customer service roles in the IT sphere
* Full professional proficiency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish at a working fluent level
* Recorded public speaking experience (a plus)
* Excellent memory, developed logical thinking, and the ability to analyze information and draw conclusions from it
* Time-management skills in saturated work environments
* High productivity and speed of work
