Overview
Field Services Logistics Operations Leader for Brazil. You will oversee the end-to-end logistics and operational support for field service activities across the country. You will lead a team responsible for managing service parts, optimizing supply chain processes, and ensuring service delivery excellence. Your role will be pivotal in driving operational efficiency, improving customer satisfaction, and aligning local execution with regional and global strategies.
Responsibilities
* Lead logistics or field service operations with a focus on warehousing and order fulfillment management
* Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive performance
* Manage cross-functional teams and foster collaboration to meet KPIs
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders and external partners
* Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and conduct data analysis to optimize processes
* Develop and execute strategic plans with hands-on execution
* Ensure compliance with local regulations and align with regional/global strategies

Reporting
You will report directly to the Field Services Logistics SAM Manager. This is a leadership role, managing a team and working closely with supply chain teams and external partners. You'll be part of a dynamic and results-driven environment with visibility across regional operations and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in field services, logistics, or operations leadership
* Strong understanding of service delivery models and supply chain processes
* Experience in managing teams and driving operational KPIs
* Familiarity with compliance, safety, and regulatory standards in Brazil
* Project management experience is a plus
