* CMS Integration & Data Management: Develop and maintain seamless integrations between landing pages and CRM systems, ensuring accurate lead capture, form submissions, and data synchronization.
* Tech Leadership & Team Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of web developers, manage workload distribution across multiple concurrent projects and campaigns, establish development standards and quality assurance protocols.
