Senior IT Service Management Professional
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the development and enhancement of our IT service management platform.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in configuration management, discovery, integrations, and related IT service management modules. They must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, often requiring collaboration with various teams and stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and implement complex IT service management solutions including configuration management and discovery.
2. Experience with configuring and customizing IT service management applications and modules.
3. Lead development of integrations between IT service management and other enterprise systems.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
5. Mentor junior professionals and provide technical guidance.
6. Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
7. Provide solutions that utilize most out-of-the-box features without requiring customizations. Facilitate the reuse of code, components, and proven patterns; influence common modeling, design, and coding practices.
8. Perform upgrade testing by validating customizations, configurations, and integrations across major and minor releases.
9. Develop and maintain Automated Test Framework (ATF) test suites to validate core functionalities, ensuring stability and reducing manual regression efforts.
10. Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.
11. Maintain documentation for development and configuration.
