Pl / sr hr analyst - focus on payroll & benefits

The Position:

This role is responsible for general HR activities, supporting Brazil team, focusing on payroll and benefits activities. The position requires a generalist mindset, with the ability to handle multiple HR areas, while emphasizing analytics, system management, and reporting. English will be used constantly to communicate with colleagues in China. Spanish may be used for interactions with LATAM employees, but it is not mandatory.


Main Activities and Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review payroll information and related reports, partnering with external payroll consultants and the Finance department, ensuring the full payroll cycle is properly completed.

- Responsible for benefit requests.

- Create and maintain HR purchase orders, handle invoice reconciliation, and support global sourcing actions as required.

- Liaise with the Legal department to effectively resolve labor issues.

- Operate and manage HR systems, including TOTVS.

- Employee onboarding, including company and position information, coordination of start details, and collection/processing of new hire paperwork.

- Evaluate, investigate, and solve employee relations and work-related matters in alignment with the HR Manager and people managers, determining appropriate actions and follow-through.

- Coach and advise managers on people matters, potential performance risks, and decisions aligned with business objectives and legislation.

- Actively contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

- Support HR management in continuous process simplification and efficiency improvements.

- Provide guidance to employees regarding company rules, procedures, labor laws, and compliance needs.

- Manage language and other courses, interacting with employees to ensure company guidelines are followed.

- Support recruitment processes.

- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, as well as cross-functional task teams and working groups abroad.

- Handle employee exits, including necessary documentation, offboarding coordination, exit interviews, and feedback.

- Maintain HR records and prepare compliance reports for internal and external audits.

- Manage relations with labor unions.

- Monitor and analyze HR indicators and reports using Power BI.

- Other duties as assigned.


Function Specific Knowledge:

- Advanced English for fluent communication.

- Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- ERP knowledge – experience with TOTVS is an advantage.

- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.


Education and Minimum Requirements:

Complete Graduation in Administration, Psychology, Economics, or related areas.
