Key Responsibilities:
* Ownership and prioritization of product backlogs for Loyalty and Marketing Automation initiatives.
* Clear articulation of epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; maintaining documentation in collaboration platforms.
* Cross-functional collaboration with global and local teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
* Ensuring seamless integration with the Single Customer View (SCV) and adherence to data governance best practices.
* Facilitating agile ceremonies and ensuring timely, value-driven delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5–8 years' experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar in marketing tech or CRM.
* A strong grasp of Agile methodology and sprint management principles.
* Familiarity with MarTech tools – CDPs, loyalty/promo engines, and automation platforms.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
* Agile certification (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) is highly desirable.
