Account Growth Specialist
As a key member of our Brazilian iGaming business, the Account Growth Specialist will drive client relationships and growth in the local market. The role involves being the primary point of contact for assigned clients, taking ownership of accounts, developing strategic plans, and ensuring timely delivery of gaming products.
Responsibilities include:
* Serving as the main point of contact for assigned clients to foster strong relationships and resolve any issues that may arise.
* Taking commercial ownership of accounts to drive revenue growth and expand business opportunities.
* Developing strategic account plans to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
* Ensuring timely delivery of gaming products and solutions to maintain high client satisfaction levels.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide seamless service and support to clients.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B account management within the iGaming industry is required.
* Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English is essential, with Spanish fluency being an advantage.
* Native or resident of a LATAM market (Brazil, Colombia, or Peru) is preferred.
* Proven ability to manage high-value accounts and build long-term client partnerships is necessary.
