Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Developer Manager, who wants to learn and transform his career.
Responsibilities
Drive business development initiatives across the LATAM market, leading sales and pre‑sales activities and collaborating with internal teams and partners to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
Act as the main SPOC for pricing and technical topics of the deal for the Sales Team.
Lead end‑to‑end business development efforts, from prospecting to closing large‑scale deals.
Scope and define the business strategic plan for each deal.
Assist the sales team during all pre‑sales and sales phases (acquisition, proposal, delivery).
Apply a consultative sales approach, understand the customer’s pain points, and propose solutions that align with TCS plans and goals.
Lead internal project team meetings and customer meetings as required.
Manage resources (direct or matrix) to ensure project goals are achieved.
Track and ensure the performance and quality of pre‑sales engagements and deliverables.
Assign appropriate roles to team members and manage CRM data quality.
Maintain sales pipeline and execute sales campaigns to meet performance targets.
Qualifications & Skills
Public speaking experience and high presentation skills.
Ability to interact with stakeholders from technical experts to C‑Level management.
Proven ability to manage large, complex multi‑stakeholder sales cycles.
English and Spanish mandatory.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Data, IT, or a closely related field.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and Agile methodologies.
Certifications or training in architecture and complex environments.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross‑disciplinary environment.
