A development area transforms Serena's strategic vision into real projects, ensuring a robust and sustainable pipeline. It acts as the owner of capital allocation, seeking excellence, questioning limits, and converting opportunities into solid assets.
Main Responsibilities
* Origination and Structuring of Projects Identify new project opportunities, markets, and clusters. Perform initial triage, evaluating technical, regulatory, and commercial viability;
* Evaluate analyses for viability in a critical, organized, and consistent manner;
* Licence Management and Regulation Follow licence management processes, authorizations, and opinions. Interact with regulatory areas to ensure technical alignment and deadlines;
* Predict risks and suggest preventive paths;
* Coodinate and Mobilize the Network Engage internal areas (regulation, law, engineering, energy, market) to unblock topics;
* Ensure clarity on what each area needs to deliver and when;
* Maintain simple, direct, and structured communication to avoid rework;
* Prepare Decision-Making Materials Elaborate presentations, notes, and executive analyses for committees;
* Synthesize complex information in a clear, logical, and decision-oriented manner;
* HIGHLIGHT RISKS, OPTIONS, PREMISES AND RECOMMENDATIONS;
Requirements for the Vacancy
* Degree in Engineering;
* 1–3 years of experience in renewable energy project development;
* Knowledge in access processes (ONS/ANEEL), sectoral norms, land issues, environmental licensing, contracts, and resource analysis;
* Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI;
* English: Fluent.
Differentials: programming, MS Project, additional knowledge in GIS/QGIS
