Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Brazil. This strategic role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, driving recruitment processes, and ensuring delivery excellence.
About the Role:
This senior-level position serves as a key liaison between our organization and Randstad. The ideal candidate will have a background in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a focus on talent acquisition and proven experience in client-facing environments.
Main Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact between Google and RSR, guaranteeing high-quality recruitment services.
* Develop and maintain robust relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, providing strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.
* Oversee the performance of the recruitment delivery team, ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
* Analyze operational data and identify trends to proactively solve issues and drive improvements in recruiting processes.
* Influence and guide the team toward achieving delivery goals and maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction.
* Present insights, updates, and reports to both internal and client-side leadership in a confident and compelling manner.
Required Qualifications:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition.
* Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms (e.g., Adecco, Manpower), especially in client-facing or manager-facing roles.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior leadership and clients.
* Native Portuguese, Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
* Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and a self-assured, professional presence.
* Ability to analyze operational challenges, identify risks/opportunities, and implement strategic solutions.
* Proven ability to lead or influence recruitment teams toward high performance and successful delivery.
