In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Acting as the primary SPOC, coordinating resources and managing priorities across teams.
* Driving service reviews, escalating issues, and ensuring timely resolution for critical business processes.
* Suggesting and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and governance.
* Analyzing KPIs and reporting metrics to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
* Collaborating with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives and compliance standards.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce configurations using Workflows, Process builders, Flows, Roles, Enterprise Territory Management, Security Controls, Reports and Dashboards, and Sharing rules. They should also have experience in Administration, Configuration, Implementation, and experience with the Salesforce platform.
Additionally, they should have expertise in SFDC Development using Apex Language, Visual Force pages, Classes, Controllers, Triggers, Indexes, Web Services, Components, Tabs, Apex Web services, Custom Objects, Reports, Analytic Snapshots, and Dashboards, Profiles, Creating Roles, Page Layouts, Org-Wide Default, Sharing rules, and Workflows.
