Procurement Sourcing Professional
Responsibilities
Develop and implement procurement strategies in Services aligned with the company's business objectives for the LATAM region.
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable contracts.
Manage supplier relationships, ensuring on‑time delivery, quality standards, and cost‑effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify procurement opportunities and implement cost‑saving initiatives.
Develop and maintain a robust supplier qualification and performance management system.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations.
Analyze procurement data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Participate in the development and implementation of procurement systems and tools.
Required Education
Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Advanced Level Proficiency in Spanish and English.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experienced Level Professional Knowledge, preferably in the LATAM region.
Strong understanding of procurement principles, processes, and best practices.
Proven negotiation and contract management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Proficiency in AribaSourcing.
